My gaming days really kicked off with Wolfenstein 3d, it was, from what I can remember, a shareware version for the ol' Mac. It had only 3 levels but that was enough to get me wanting for more. And then there was Doom. The blood, the carnage, really not the best thing for an 8 year old kid to see After that (say, a few years), my gaming experiences strayed into those peculiar species known as console, where I was utterly astounded by the depth and storyline of the masterpiece that is Final Fantasy 7 - a game that to me today, is still The Best Game. Ever. But consoles were never to keep their hold on me, and soon, I returned to the realm of PC Gaming. And it was Unreal. Yes Unreal, though not as groundbreaking (to me) as FFVII, was still quite a beauty. The atmosphere, the graphics, the music, the sounds and the story - these all drew me into its anachronistic world of ancient wonders mingled with modern technology. Now, I'm playing CS.
